Per: Explicit verbal orders by the Rev. Jeffrey Janca, given to us alongside North St. which is the road that passes the Bank & Trust to within one(1) block from where it more or less intersects Riordan St.

Motive: The natives are restless, 'cause as he assured us: "several people told me it made them uneasy."
