"Catholics are strengthened in their faith and and in their relationship with God through the Sacraments.

"In Baptism, we are united with Christ and become part of the Church.

"In Confirmation, we receive a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

"In the Eucharist, we receive the very Body and Blood of Christ in the form of bread and wine.

"In Penance, God forgives us our sins and strengthens us to live more faithfully ..."
