"As I anticipated an evenful Homecoming game, not only did I have to witness a disappointing loss, but unprofessional CSC staff behavior.

"I understand the need for security, but their demeanor is shameful.

"While I was trying to concentrate on the game I overheard a CSC staff member tell a student "fu... your grandpa.

"I can't help but wonder what representation the CSC staff is portraying to the community."
