"[UTEP] Seniors dig deep into their pockets to graduate"

Ms. Nicole Lozano, senior biology major, lays it all on the line:

"It was hard, but I did all the summer school I could just to finish and be done by the age of 20."

"Announcements range from $88.75 to $177.50."
