Col. (Ret.) Ken Allard: "What Americans are up against"

From what the colonel is telling us, the two Red Chinese Peoples Liberation Army colonel - comrades' book, Unrestricted Warfare shows that they most certainly "have themselves a plan," I might hazard a guess like Adolph Hitler did in his Mein Kampf.

As he tells us:

"Want to know what we might be up against?

"The PRC's interest in information war became undeniable after the publication of Unrestricted Warfare in 1999.

"Written with exquisite sophistication by two Chinese colonels, the treatise was a chilling argument for using all means, including armed force ... military or non - lethal, to compel the enemy to accept one's interests.

"They included cyber attacks, infrastructure warfare, even deliberate environmental pollution.

"Ever since, Chinese - sponsored hacking and cyber - espionage have become acceptable hazards not only for the Pentagon but also for information - age businesses like banks ..."

Sure enough some troubling points to ponder....
