"Trooper Henry T. Washington of Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, 36th Quartermaster Pack Train.
"Trooper James G. Madison of Kansas City, Missouri, 10th Cavalry.
"Trooper Floyd L. Brown of Las Vegas, Nevada, Headquarters Troop 10th Cavalry.
"(Trooper Brown, at age 91, is the third oldest living Buffalo Soldier in the United States).
"Trooper Henri A. LeGendre of Charlotte, North Carolina, A Troop 9th Cavalry and headquarters Troop 2nd. Cavalry Division where he was secretary to the Commanding General."
