Mexican State of Coahuila officially institutes:

"Gun Battle Protocol."

For Parents, Teachers, Children -- in Schools.

From Radio XEMU ♪ ¡La Rancherita del Aire! ♫

And the Mexican equivalent of America's PTAs now have the "official word!"

Rule Number 1 for Teachers & Staff & Students: When gun battles rage between the Army & Cartel gunmen in the immediate vicinity of your school, don't gawk!

Don't use your cell phone to video - tape the live action.

Don't cluster around the windows.

Rule Number 2: Parents, keep clear away; it doesn't matter what your frightened youngsters are text - messaging you.

Rule Number 3: When the bullets start whipsawing through the windows, stay down!

Rule Number 4 Remember: It will be for the Army to determine when it's safe once more for you to both live and breathe...

Pretty good advice? You bet!

Some months back it was the news that effective immediately, Red Cross emergency workers were to be authorized bullet - proof vests...

So?

What next! :(
