"For Mary to be virginally conceived would mean that her mother was a virgin at Mary's conception.

"This is not what we believe.

"Mary was conceived without any original sin on her soul, but her conception was the result of her parents' marital bed.

"Only Mary ever conceived a child while remaining a virgin...
