"Miracle Denied: No blood found on Divine Mercy image"

"In June, worshipers at a parish outside Mumbai, India, reported seeing a red liquid -- with the appearance of blood -- oozing from the heart of Christ in a Divine Mercy image.

"Reports that the image was shedding blood drew over 100,000 people to the church.

"But after a thorough investigation, Cardinal Oswald Gracias reports that there were no traces of blood found on the image."
